Weight/Height
The ability of the lungs, heart, and blood vessels to deliver enough to the cells to meet the needs of long term physical acitvity

The capacity of the muscle to produce force during a relatively short period of time

An activity of your body that enhances or maintains physical Fitness and overall health and wellness
Exercise
The ability to perform one maximum effort in the shortest possible time
Power
It can be thought of how hard a person works to do the acitvity
A. Intensity
A weight abouve the average for an individual height
B. Overweight
A weight is lesser amount of the average for an individual height
Underweight
Energy consumed equals energy expended
Weight Maintenance
It is the amount of energy you spend through the physical activity
C. Energy Expenditure
Energy consumed is less than energy expended. More physical exertion but less food intake
Weight loss
Energy consumed is greater than energy expended. More food intake but less physical exertion
C. Weight Gain
The ability of a joint or group of joints to move through their full range of motion without pain or restriction
Flexibility
Exercise that are done with the intention of improving one’s physical health and maintaining a healthy lifestyle
