Sympathetic nervous system

A

Adrenergic, sympathiminmetic ( fight or flight)
CV: ⬆️HR, vasoconstriction⬆️BP
Pulmonary: brinchodialation
GI:⬇️peristalsis/motility,⬇️saliva production
Liver:⬆️glycogenolysis and gluconeogesis➡️⬇️glucose
Renal: ⬇️urine output(UOP), urinary retention
Eyes: pupil dilation

Stimulation effects.
CV: ⬇️HR, changes BP
Pulmonary: bronchoconstriction
GI: ⬆️peristalsis/motility, ⬆️saliva production
Liver: changes in glycogen/fat breakdown
Renal: ⬆️UOP
Eyes: pupils constrict
