A

Prophylaxis: phenytoin 11mg/kg IVI loading dose; subsequent doses according to blood level. Continue for 7 days

Convulsion: diazepam 5-10mg or clonazepam 1mg IVI stat

Status: propofol 40mg stat

Intercostal block: 0.5ml 0.5% bupivicaine
Intrapleural block: 10ml 0.5% bupivicaine, 10ml 1% lignocaine, 30ml saline
