When certain Insulating Materials are Rubbed against each other, and become Electrically Charged.

A
Negative Electrons are Transferred from one Material to the other whilst they rub against one another. So one Material becomes +, & the other becomes - .

Define ‘Attraction’:
A
Objects get Closer. Opposite Charges Attract.
