What are the symptoms of a pneumothorax?
A
SOB.
Sudden onset pleuritic pain.

How would you treat a tension pneumothorax?
A
You would insert a large bore cannula into the second intercostal space in the midclavicular line.

What would you find upon investigation of a pneumothorax?
A
Hyperresonance.
If its a tension pneumothorax you would find a displaced trachea.
