Q

What happens when Sodium bitartrate mixed with Sodium bicarbonate?

A

Neutralization reaction occurs because baking soda is a base and tartaric acid is an acid.

Baking soda reacts with tartaric acid and water and gives of carbon dioxide gas, hydrogen gas, and sodium hydroxide (NaOH)
