PR segment depression
ST segment DIFFUSE elevation, both of which suggest acute pericatiditis
*** NOTE THAT PR SEGMENT DEPRESSION IS ALMOST PATHOGONOMIC FOR ACUTE PERICARDITIS in that the only other cause is ATRIAL ISCHEMIA, which is very rare
