A

Communication is easy to decode. Take any messages they send literally and understand that it is not intended to be offensive but rather as a simple sign of honesty, transparency and respect for your own professionalism, eg. Dutch.

Low-context nad indirect negative feedback

A

Combining extreme low-context communication with a mid-indirect approach to giving negative feedback. How to work with them: be explicit and low-context with both positive and negative feedback. Second, try over time to be balanced in the amount of positive and negative feedback you give. Third, frame your behavior in cultural terms.

High - context and indirect negative feedback

A

Negative feedback is generally soft, subtle and implicite. Any negative feedback should be given in private.
How to deal with them- don’t give feedback in front of the a group. Secondly, blur the message(say the good and leave out the bad).
