  • One or more symptom from criterion A

- Greater than 1 day and under 1 month of symptoms with full return to premorbid level of function.

What is schizoaffective disorder?

A
  • Hallmark is the presence of either depressive or manic sx concurrent with sx characteristic of schizophrenia, such as delusions, hallucinations, or disorganized speech.
  • Hallucinations or delusions must be present for 2+ weeks in absence of mood sx, but mood sx must be present for majority of illness
