Yes, you can update the registered agent information if the business is under review and you can process a refund for the charge

If a customer calls in upset about the registered agent price, can you offer a discount?

Absolutely! We never want a customer to cancel or leave a bad review because of the registered agent fee. You can offer a discount and advise the customer that we price match down to $59!

2. The customer has updated the registered agent
