Placenta

A

Placenta is an organ which attaches the developing foetus to the uterine wall. This organ has various functions such as providing nourishment and allowing nutrient uptake to the foetus. It also removes waste from the foetus through the mothers blood supply

Asexual reproduction

A

It means it can copy itself on its own. For example: bacteria, potato plants, strawberry plants and spider plants
Advantages: - reproduce quickly
-doesn’t need a mate
Disadvantages: -susceptible to disease (1 gets sick all get sick)
