Case of Steveson Jacques & Co v Mclean
A
(D offered to sell some iron. C enquired whether he could take delivery over a 4 motnh period. D sold to some else, but C accepted before D communicated his revocation of offer (hence invalid). Held there was a contract concluded, and D was liable for non-delivery.
