- Using the bleeding method and tank vilification
T.N. - floral, melon aromas, medium bodied, plump and fleshy with a zesty tangerine-tinged finish. Mineral driven nose. Citrus flavors that turn spicier towards the finish
Pairing - burger, pizza, anything grilled, salads, fish, cheese plate, fruit, pasta
