If VMC, stay VMC and land
IMC
Proceed with clearance
If clearance is limited.
MSA or assigned ALT for 3 minutes
OR
hold at location for 3 minutes, then proceed to planned level

If vectored, maintain heading for 2 minutes, then cleared route.

If holding, one more complete hold then cleared route
