treatment: benadryl / benzotropine (cogentin)
tardive dyskinesia
PERMANENT movement disorder of the tongue, mouth.
treatment: stop antipsychotic meds

risk for metabolic syndrome (weight gain, diabetes, dyslipidemia)
more cardio deaths
