What is a chemical change?
Is a new substance is formed. It cannot change back into its original shape.
What is a physical change
No new substance is formed, it changes back to its original form. However propities may change.
What are the 4 signs of a chemical change
Colour change or temprature
A gas is givin off
A pereiritete forms
Energy is produced or formed
What is a sign of physical change
Change in shape/form expansion or conrtraction, change of state.
What is a reactant
The starting substance in a chemical reaction
What is the product
The new substances that are formed
What is a rearrangment
During a chemical reaction the atoms rearrange themselfs to form the products/sunstances.
What are the diffrences between liquids and solids
The main differences between soldis and liquids are that liquids have define volume but no define shape whereas solids have define shape and volume.
