A. QUANTITATIVE

- Using numbers to count, instruments to measure.
Eg.: Age, height, size.

- Logical INTERPRETATION of your observation.
- Experience and prior knowledge is used to make a conclusion.

- Grouping things based on their COMMON FEATURES CHARACTERISTICS.

- Use of an instrument or a device to determine the SIZE of an object at the AMOUNT of a material.
Eg.: Thermometer, weighing scale, ruler

- SHARING THE RULES of your scientific investigation to others.
- Use diagrams and graphs.
- May lead to new experiments and discoveries.
