- Conduct when exercising authority
-Accept authority, be impartial, be firm, and earn the respect of the public; the goal is to avoid altercations. - Professional demeanor
- Personal Appearance- maintain high standards
- Personal attitudes
- Assistance to others- render assistance to the public; response must be prompt
- Attention to duty- alert, vigilant, no-intoxicants.
- Seeking favors- do not seek personal advantage, nor accept acts of favoritism or display acts of favoritism
- Punishment of offenders- we are not a judge, may not admonish or reprimand.
- Apprehension/ Detention of Suspects
- Off Duty Conduct
- Protection of Privacy-Do not discuss offenses, or incidents, except in the line of duty.
