Don’t leave pt alone protect from injury
Size of pupils weather eyes open, head turn to one, check cognitive status after

A
Pad side rails I’ve access, no strain
Low bed ,o2 suction ready
If aura insert oral airway

Loosen clothes
If lying turn to side
If in chair ease to floor
If agitation
