A

Coma, confusion, delirium, mydriasis, dry mouth, hypotension, seizures, tachycardia, urinary incontinence
R wave in aVR, QRS widening (>120 ms)

Treatment of TCA toxicity

A

Benzos for seizures
Sodium bicarbonate for QRS widening
Norepinephrine or phenylephrine for hypotension (dopamine in kids)
