Attend mass on Sundays, holy days - to celebrate our lords resurrection. To remember salvation history, honor the mysteries of Jesus Mary and saints
•Confess sins at least once a year - prepare for worthy reception of Eucharist
•Receive Eucharist at least during Easter - guarantee a minimum reception of our lord every year especially during Easter
•Observe fasting abstinence rules - to do penance to prepare for worship to purify our hearts and control our instincts
