OEI go around rules?
As a guide, an OEI go-around or missed approach should not be commenced below 300 ft AAL REGARDLESS of flap setting
FCTM 11.4.5
What would you do in the following scenario:
You’re OEI, at 300 feet and you’ve just taken full flap. A large aircraft appears on the runway?
Adjust profile and land over the top. Below 300 feet you should avoid go-arounds, especially when you’re OEI and fully configured.
