ETOH, hot drinks, hot/cold weather, hot bath, spicy foods

A
acne like rash, erythema, facial flushing, telangiectasia, coarse skin, papules, pustules, burn/sting- no comedones (blackheads)

A
topical metronidazole, sulfacetamide, anti acne topical, PO Abx, clonidine for flushing
