Talking points: The grapes selected for this wine have a natural acid to sugar balance, so there is no dosage required even when fermented to complete dryness. Aged on the lees for 4 years before disgorging, and topped off with wine from the same cuvee. No sugar added at any point in the process.

Tasting notes: Bright and citrusy, with crisp, fine, bubbles. Bone-dry and balanced.
