Management of ANk spon?
NSAIDs and physio is 1st line.
If enthesitis present then can get steroid injections.
Peripheral joint disease usually hip, can use sulfasalasine.

GI infection or chlamydia.

Can’t pee, see, or climb a tree.
Management of reactive arthritis?
Urine chlamydia, joint aspirate to rule out septic arthritis.
Joint aspirate usually negative
What rash is often present in enteropathic arthritis?
Erythema nodosum.
