Differentiate between good stress and bad stress.

A

good stress can help activate our body and brain and give us energy to complete the task at hand. Ideally,when the task is complete or the problem is solved, the stress goes away, and our nervous system returns to normal.
Bad stress, or distress, isthe kind of stress that is harmful to your health, performance, and quality of life
