Suit of Cups - Soul Flashcards
Ace of Cups
An invitation to offer ourselves unconditional love. If we’re not sure what that even looks like, this card can be a powerful place to begin that journey of intimacy with ourselves. What do we like and enjoy? What feels nurturing to us?
Two of Cups
A deepening of the work we do in the Ace of Cups. A call to embrace all aspects of ourselves, especially the ones that feel the most challenging to love.
Three of Cups
A call to celebrate with beloved kin and community, whether that be with a delightful group of folks, or our ancestors and guides in ceremony and ritual.
Four of Cups
An important period of digestion and integration. We’re at emotional and energetic capacity, so we might need to respectfully decline anything that might tip us over those edges
Five of Cups
An invitation to make space at the table for our grief. The mourning of something gone and lost (or perhaps only perceived as such), and the gradual opening to unseen blessings in the wake of it.
Six of Cups
An invitation to share our heart’s truth, and let ourselves be seen in a space of radical vulnerability, on our time, when we feel ready.
Seven of Cups
A necessary and important time of dreaming. We might be longing for a clear path forward, or a solid action to take, but Seven of Cups reminds us that we are still envisioning our next steps. We can trust in the timing.
Eight of Cups
The completion of something in our lives, be it a relationship, a project, an endeavor, or a particular behavior within a relationship, project, or endeavor that no longer matches us
Nine of Cups
A very tender, vulnerable time of wishing, gestating, and incubating something we’ve longed for. We might feel called to share this with others or keep it to ourselves.
Ten of Cups
An invitation to be present with the beauty of what’s right here – the “rainbows” of this moment – even in the midst of life’s inevitable challenges and sorrows.
