Suit of Pentacles - Soul Flashcards
Ace of Pentacles
The act of planting a seed, making a wish, sensing into an intention that we have for ourselves. What support can we call upon to assist with nurturing this vision?
Two of Pentacles
We have a finite amount of energy, and can only hold and juggle so many balls at the same time. What really deserves our attention and devotion? What is meaningful to us? In order to focus on what really matters, Two of Pentacles might encourage us to place certain things down – temporarily or permanently
Three of Pentacles
An invitation to trust where we are right now and the work we are doing in the world – even if it’s not where we would ultimately like to be in a year or more. It’s also a call to lean into supportive community, and allow others to shine in their own respective zones of genius without comparison
Four of Pentacles
Typically a signal from the body that it needs a break. We might draw a boundary around touch or socialization, we might just need a little space. Whatever might be coming up, we’re encouraged to go directly to our body and give it some room to communicate with us
Five of Pentacles
Worry and fear that we might not have the resources that we need – whether real or imagined, this kind of contraction deserves our tending and compassionate response. What helps us to feel rooted, even when things are choppy and wild? What internal and external supports can we call upon to help in these moments?
Six of Pentacles
An invitation to give and receive from an equitable place. If we regularly give, this card can be a call to receive. If we are regularly in receiving, this card is a call to give back. A beautiful energy of circular support and reparational care.
Seven of Pentacles
A call for patience around something that is on its way. A gentle reminder that things bloom and ripen exactly when they are meant to.
Eight of Pentacles
An experience of earned mastery through lived experience. Essentially, an invitation to approach something from the perspective of a marathon – we will be called to take it slow, to honor the mistakes and errors we make as food for learning, and gain confident skills over a period of time, not overnight.
Nine of Pentacles
An invitation to savor the fruits of our labor, and actually nourish ourselves with the medicine and love that we offer others
Ten of Pentacles
An invitation to honor how far we’ve come, and how many people we’ve helped and served along the way. The Pentacles are about building a completely new world together, one that is rooted in equity and deep collective care. Ten of Pentacles can help us to hold this higher vision
