in the manufactures guide book. all the types, including the spare tyre should be checked using a reliable pressure gauge when cold. remember to refit the valve caps after checking.

the rigid part of the head restraint should be adjusted to be at least as high as the top of the ears or the eyes and should be as close to the back of the head as comfortable.

check between the high and low level markings on the container. loosen the cap and step back while the pressure releases. remove the cap and top up with diluted engine coolant until it is within the high and low lines
