What does T E N R stand for?

N - Necessity
R - Response
What is exposure?
Potential harm to police and public and reputation.
What does necessity mean?
Now you respond to any situation
- immediately
- delay
- not respond
What does response mean?
Your response must be
Timely
Appropriate
Proportionate
