Erectile dysfunction (impotence)

A

Inability to achieve or maintain penile tumescence (the condition of becoming tumid, which is swollen, as by congestion, edema, hyperemia) sufficient for sexual intromission (The insertion or introduction of one part into another) or for achieving orgasm.

Uremic frost - when do you see it and where?

A

A pale frostlike deposit of white crystals on the skin caused by kidney failure and uremia. Urea compounds and other waste products of metabolism that cannot be excreted by the kidneys into the urine are excreted through the small superficial capillaries into the skin (sweating), where they collect on the surface (more of the face and scalp). retrograde ejaculation

A

Delivery of semen ejaculate into the bladder; seen in neurologic disease, diabetes, and occasionally after prostate surgery. (MediLexicon). Abnormal function of the internal sphincter of the urethra and can result from anatomic disruption (eg, transurethral prostatectomy), sympathetic nervous system disruptions (eg, damage from surgery), lymph node invasion, or diabetes.
