bacterial- erythromycin ointment, polytrim drops, gentamycin drops
viral- cold/warm compress
blepharitis tx
lid hygiene and erythromycin ointment
acute glaucoma s/s
painful, red, ciliary flush, cloudy, colored halos, unilateral ha, “lights really bright”
aphthous stomatitis
canker sore
check folate, b12, and iron
TB s/s
hemoptysis, weight loss, fever, chronic cough
diagnostic screening history for COPD
screening- spirometry measurement FEV1 to FVC less than 70
history- chronic cough, sputum production for 3 months of 2 consecutive years
COPD treatment (A-D)
A- SABA
B- LABA
C- ICS + LABA
D- ICS + LABA + LAMA
