What is trace Evidence

A

Trace evidence is evidence that can always be linked back to the crime scene eg. Hair, blood, fibers, fingerprints and gun shot bullets

A

Evidence is always left at a crime. As whenever you come in contact with object or person there is always some exchange of materials

A

Impression evidence is evidence that leaves an impression eg. Tire mark shoe print and finger print

A

Tools- they look at the scratches, as the marks on the blade are unique

Tiremarks- look at the speed the car was going at, the direction and if the car stopped or not

Footmarks- If the were walking/running what type shoes the wore/ what size and if the were carrying something

Bite marks - how old they are, what gender who bite who
