Neurones and gilial cells

How is unidirectionality produced in the nerve cells
A
In the synapse the only the presynaptic neurone contains the vesicles which are released and bind to the receptors on the post synapse meaning information can only travel in one direction

A neurone which carries signals towards the Brain/CNS
