What do you do when your sales are not where they need to be?

A

I am a very competitive person by nature and I do not like to lose. I like to have strategic plans in place to measure my sales numbers. I like to track my progress in terms of the specific initiative and make changes to the plan when the results are not meeting plan. I will collaborate with management and people around me for ways to improve my results.

A

I would work with my manager to formulate a strategic 90 day plan. Among the tasks I would like to achieve are:

Complete home study and initial sales training.
Coordinate territory routing. Define initial sales targets.
Conduct ride alongside with top performers on the team.
Perform initial customer visits.

Goal is to be fully functional after 90 days

What did you dislike about your previous jobs?

A

I really enjoyed the work with Stryker, but being “on call” for extended periods of time was difficult. And as we grew our business, we were understaffed.
