How is follicular non-hodgkins lymphoma treated?
A
Advanced disease only treated when it becomes symptomatic. 50% of stage 1A disease is curable with radical radiotherapy.

What is the management for neutropenic sepsis?
A
- Initiate antibiotic therapy without delay (<1hr)
- FBC, U+E, LFT, CRP
- Blood cultures
- Do not wait for results of bloods
- Follow hospital guideline for antibiotic
- Paracetamol
- CXR
- Granulocyte colony stimulating factor (GCSF) - increased neutrophils
- Avoid gentamicin in patients on cisplatin (chemotherapy)
