Cost - (Upfront costs, ongoing investment, financial benefits / gain).
Human Resource - (Staff requirement, Training volunteers, Job opportunities).
Expertise - (Pool of talent available, ability required to plan and deliver as well as perform).
Accountability - (Who is accountable, Who are they accountable to).
Time - (Time to organise, Time to carry out, measure results).
Success Measures - (Timescale, Clarity of cause and effect).

A

P = The programme uses football to engage 12-18 year olds in deprived areas.
S = National
O = Delivered by Premier league charitable fund (PLCF) & Sport England with help from Professional football clubs
D = 3 Nights a week for 48 weeks of the year (Started in 2006)
H = Schools, youtube, Internet
S = Yes ( Prestigious sports industry award and is still running almost 20 years later from its start in 2006).
