A bus service run to key places from car parks located in edge of busy areas.in order to reduce traffic flow and congestion in the city centre.low costs to encourage people to use the system

How good a persons life is as measured by things such as quality of housing and enviourment access to education health care,how secure they are and how satisfied

A particular ethnic group choose to live with their same ethnic group,separate from other groups

Community offering housing employment and recreation which is in balance with the enviourment and offers people a good quality of life

A strategy where local authorities devise a scheme and submit a bid for funding,competing against other councils,with a partnership including locals and private businesses,who would fund part of it
