How good a persons life is as measured by things such as quality of housing and enviourment access to education health care,how secure they are and how satisfied

A particular ethnic group choose to live with their same ethnic group,separate from other groups

Community offering housing employment and recreation which is in balance with the enviourment and offers people a good quality of life
