What are Antacid ?
Indigestion heartburn is caused by the production of excess hydrochloric acid in the stomach. Many antacids contains magnesium and Hydrogen carbonates to neutralize the excess acid.
What are baking power ?
Barking power is use to make cake rise, which contains two solid sodium hydrogen carbonates and a salt of a weak acid tartaric acid. When add to a cake two compound dissolve and react to form carbon dioxide and make the cake rise.
What is a fire extinguisher?
Dry foam extinguisher contain sodium hydrogen carbonate and nitrogen under pressure. When the values is opened the pressure is reduced and hydrogen carbonates foam is formed. This decomposes in the heat to form carbon dioxide. The form contains carbon dioxide extinguisher, the fire by preventing the oxygen in air from reaching it.
