Uveitis is inflammation of the uvea. The specific name is based on the location within the affected eye (Anterior uveitis, iritis, intermediate uveitis, pars planitis, posterior uveitis, choroiditis, and/or retinitis)

Systemic Inflammatory disorders:

  1. sarcoidosis
  2. rheumatoid arthritis
  3. juvenile idiopathic arthritis
  4. HLA-B27 associated conditions
