Mainly B&C and they cannot by stored in the body and they need to be replenished often

D,A,E & K as well as they can be stored in fat cells

Heart, nerves, energy, brain
What are the sources of B1 thiamine
Whole grains, fish, poultry
What is the function of B9 folic acid
RBCs, growth, energy
What are the sources of B9 folic acid?
Yeast, green veggies, meat
