When someone uses either power to hurt or scare others.
It involves verbal, emotional or physical abuse.
It is ongoing

The action is directed by a more powerful person against someone less powerful.
E.g bosses and workers
What is non malicious bullying
Mindless- bully sees it as a game.
Educational - to teach someone a lesson.
What is hazing?
Harassment, abuse or humiliation by way of initiation.
Why do people bully?
