How do I request time off?

A

I email my direct supervisor and include
timeclockcorrections@marketplacewellnesscenter.com with my request.

Once approved I will request the time in Paylocity.

How do I correct my time clock?

A

I can submit a time clock correction from the Paylocity Application.

If I am having issues with this I should email timeclockcorrections@marketplacewellnesscenter.com

When do I take my lunch break?

A

I must take my lunch break before my 5th work hour.

Example: Start time: 7:15am, must lunch by 11:14am

Lunch is 1 hour

Do I get additional breaks?

A

Yes, if I work an 8 hour shift I get two 10 minute breaks

If I work a 6 hour shift, I take my lunch break and one 10 minute break

A

Management will email my on the first day of your employment with all the account information I will need to perform my job duties.

When will I receive my first paycheck?

A

My first paycheck is always a paper check.
All paper checks are received at the
Downtown Riverside office and mailed out Priority Mail to my home address.

A

○ 26th through the 9th - Pays out on the 15th of the month
○ 10th through the 25th - Pays out on the last day of month

  • I can email team members or you utilize Gmail Chat!
  • If I need a quick answer, utilize the chat.
  • If I am requesting time off, a schedule change or
    something of a more serious nature utilize email
