Finally I consider myself to be incredibly resilient in sales there will always be rejection and I’ve experienced at first hand

A

There is always a risk of becoming disheartened when Bing map with rejection which will obviously negatively affect productivity in sales opportunities however if I’m not going to motivated by this and for me rejection Spurs more of an impulse to succeed

I believe I’m right for LDF for a number of reasons…

A

Firstly, I have 2+ years management experience within a sales driven environment so therefore I understand the importance of motivation and the benefit that it has on a team. I believe that I would be able to add to the spirit and motivation of the team
