When people arrive at the mosque they enter a partially covered courtyard.everyone removes there footwear and covers their heads as a sign of respect. Every mosque has somewhere that people can wash, as Muslims wash their feet,hand,arms and head before going to pray.

A
The mosque is a Muslim place of worship. It is where they pray and worship Allah. Normally a mosque is a rectangular building with a dome shaped roof.

Inside the mosque
A
Communal prayer. The main hall is almost bare. There is no alter and there are no sears,statues,flowers or candles. They are to be avoided in case some people began to worship them instead of Alaah.
