Cardiovascular Endurance
Capacity of the muscle to produce force during a relatively short period of time
Muscular Strength
Ability of a muscle to contract repeatedly over a sustained period of time
Muscular Endurance
Ability of a joint to move in full range of motion without pain or restriction
Flexibility
Body type characterized by naturally muscular
Mesomorph
Tend to be tall and thin
Ectomorph
With more body fat
Endomorph
How much of your body is made up of fat, bone, and muscle composition
Body composition
SRF - ability to exert maximum muscular contraction instantly in an explosive burst of movement
Power
Even distribution of weight which enables someone to remain steady
Balance
Two types of balance
Static and Dynamic
Ability to perform smooth and efficient movement
Coordination
Ability to move from point A to point B gracefully and quickly
Agility
Refers to how quickly a person accelerate from a static position
Speed
Time take to initiate response
Reaction time
A fitness principle that reduce muscle soreness
Warm-up
A fitness principle that a period of low-intensity activity done after a workout to gradually lower your heart rate
Cool down
A fitness principle that is a disciplined and repetitious exercise
