Uses: before removal Pheochromocytoma ( which releases NE + epinephrine)

ADRS: 1- postural hypotension
2- reflex tachycardia ( by baroreceptor reflex)

ADRS: Mainly sexuality problems

1- inhibits ejaculation
2- Headache
3-Nasal stiffness or congestion4-
4-Male sexual dysfunction
5- Increase cardiac-output (α2 block)
6-Decrease peripheral vascular resistance.
