Describe solicitors as a source of legal advice
Solicitors are general practitioners of the law, they often deal with drafting contracts, wills, probate, starting businesses and conveyancing
- Since the Access to Justice act, they have full rights of audience to advocate in courts
Describe Barristers as a source of legal advice
- Specialists of the law, mainly deal will advocacy, but also write opinions, contracts and meet with clients
- Direct access allows access straight to a barrister not needing to go through a solicitor first

- Independent charity which offer free impartial legal advice to memebers of the publuc on a range of legal issues

- An organisation which offers free legal advice to members of the public on social welfare matters such as unemployment, immigration and benefits

- An in house legal team, at the chosen insurer will provide help on legal matters related on insurance

- Houses a wide variety of information with a range of legal websites, however, these websites can be very unreliable and are often based on american law

- Some clients are able to pay for their own legal, through savings/funds however, some will take out loans

- If client has chosen legal cover from their insurance company, the inhouse solicitor will control financial aspects
