- kings were annointed w oil to show they had been chosen by God, to they are referring to hum as lord/king

A
  • restored the broken relationship between God and humanity
  • his death payed for human sin
  • death and resurrection was to bring forgiveness from God
  • christians believe jesus made it possible for them to spend eternity in heaven

  • prayers should be straight to the point as complicated ones does not make a person more spiritual

  • true riches are spiritual ‘treasures’ which cannot be destroyed by moths or stolen
  • a person cannot worship God and money
