Mecanismo de acción

A

Inhibe de forma competitiva y reversible la alfa- glucosidasa (sacarasa, maltasa, isomaltasa, glucoamilasa) y la alfa-amilasa pancreática situadas en el borde en cepillo del enterocito lo que reduce las concentraciones de glucosa en sangre postprandial en pacientes con diabetes.
